BRUSH your teeth once in the morning and once in the evening. For best results do not rinse and always use the FLOSS before brushing in the evening.
The MOUTHWASH has been designed to be on-the-go and for best results chew, swill and smile after your lunch.
Pop an ORIGINAL tablet and chew for 5 seconds before brushing as normal with a wet toothbrush.
Brush twice a day for 2 minutes using the BRUSH (or an electric brush). Make sure you clean every surface of every tooth - that’s the inside, the outside and the chewing side!
Brush before breakfast but if you must brush after we recommend you wait at least 30 minutes after eating.

Hold the FLOSS tight ensuring their is no slack. Use a gentle "rocking" movement to guide the floss between your teeth, without snapping the floss into the gums.
