Our tablets are designed to be stored in a cool, dry place. Please ensure that your tablets are stored in the original jar you purchased or in your own decanter which is air & water tight.

As soon as you have received your refill pouch please decant the products into a water & air tight jar, this can be your original jar you received on your first subscription.

Our tablets are designed to be stored at room temperature. We advice not to store your tablets in a location whereby temperatures can reach 40 degrees and above.

When picking out a tablet please ensure you pick the product with dry hands. The tablets are designed to dissolve when in contact with water or saliva so to avoid ruining the rest of the tablets in the jar please ensure you hands are dry. We would also recommend ensuring the bathroom is not too steamy with a high humidity content when you open the jar.

We recommend using the tablets in the time frames that we recommend. A one month supply or 62 tablet jar is for use once in the morning and evening for 31 days. A 248 jar or refill is for use over a 4 month period, again once in the morning and once in the evenijng. Although our products have a longer shelf life we always recommend to follow our guidelines of use for the best quality product.

Yes our ORIGINAL formula is suitable for sensitive teeth. Our ORIGINAL toothpaste tabs are not made especially for sensitive teeth, however as we have cut out a lot of the rubbish that is in conventional toothpaste, such as SLS (which is a known aggravator
to mouths) so we find them to be a lot gentler on the teeth and mouth, whilst still providing you with the necessary fluoride to prevent against tooth decay.

However if you are looking for a toothpaste specifically for sensitive teeth, our newest product, PÄRLA PRO, has ingredients to actively combat sensitivity including hydroxyapatite which also remineralises teeth. I would suggest that if you suffer from sensitivity, then our PRO formula will be better suited to you!

We don’t like faulty products any more than you do. However if the tablets arrive broken, dissolved, or saturated please get in touch with our customer service team and we will help you to resolve the issue. It is important that you decant the tablets out of the compostable bag as soon as possible and house them in a lidded container in a cool dry place to keep them fresh.

Please do not return faulty items before getting in touch with our customer service team or your issue may not be resolved and no refund will be available to you.

If you have a recurring subscription, you can cancel (and therefore any subsequent orders) at any time. However, once an order has been placed in our system and payment completed, we are unable to process a cancellation on that specific order, even if you cancel your subscription.
