Pop a PRO, chew for 5 seconds then brush away as normal with
a wet toothbrush. Brush twice a day
for 2 minutes using the PÄRLA BRUSH (or an electric brush). Make sure
you clean every surface of every tooth - that’s the inside, the outside and the
chewing side! Ideally brush before breakfast but if you must brush after wait
at least 30 minutes after eating.

Chew for 5 seconds to break down the tab. Wet your brush. Brush as normal.
